FORD RANGER LED CONVERSIONS
In our books, the Ford Ranger is the most common requiring LED upgrades, particularly for the low & high beam (as the factory halogens are quite average). A common quote consists of "I would get more use putting the torch on my phone out the window”. Either way, we have the solution to get your driving at night up to a 2020 standard.
Our LED upgrade is specifically optimized for the Ford Ranger to ensure our kit is 100% compatible with Ford's Body Control Module (BCM), to ensure no ECU faults or shutdowns. Installation is a complete plug & play, meaning the entire kit content fits perfectly inside the Ranger's headlight, with the dust-cap being refitted to ensure the headlamp remains dust and watertight. With the different trim levels throughout the Ranger lineup, some models are factory fitted with HID low beam, which is becoming a regular option moving into the PXIII series rangers. We have put the time and effort into digging through the different levels and finding the specific globes around the vehicle for compatible upgrades within our range. HALOGEN VS. LED COPPER HEAD VS. LED PROJECT IN PROJECTOR HOUSING
As the Ranger (depending on the trim level) can be found to have a projector lens for the low beam, it can be confusing as to which will be the most beneficial to you. We have provided a comparison below, showing the 3 options: factory halogen, STEDI Copper Head, and STEDI Project using a PXII headlight unit. You can see that the difference in beam pattern is little to no change in terms of light scatter, artifacts, dark spots, etc... but the performance in light volume and intensity is greatly increased.
When comparing the Copper Head to the Project kit (although both are completely compatible), the Project LED upgrade is specifically designed to work in projector lens headlights (will not work in reflector). This means elements can be optimized for a much higher output of light, without affecting the beam shape.
FORD RANGER | DYNAMIC LED MIRROR INDICATOR
For those looking to add a bit of character to the mirror indicators, we offer our dynamic LED upgrade which, when indicating, runs an animation from front to back of the LED illumination and when not operating has a smoked black lens. Installation of these assemblies is very straightforward with its plug and play connectors, you will have it done & dusted in under 10 minutes.
FORD RANGER LED PUDDLE LIGHT UPGRADE
A recent addition to our Ford Ranger LEDs is the upgrade for the puddle light (located under the wing mirrors). This upgrade is specific to fit only Ford Ranger & Everest models fitted with puddle lights, thereby offering brighter light output and a larger field of visibility around the car. FORD RANGER LED LICENSE PLATE LIGHT UPGRADE
New to our range is the LED Upgrade Unit that will replace the factory housing for your number plate light completely. Compatible with all Ford Ranger Models from PX1 - PX3 with the Ford Everest included. This is an optimal upgrade of light output with reducing glare to the reverse camera.
HIGH OUTPUT 1000 LUMEN LED REVERSE LIGHT
New to our range of LED conversion kits are the 1000 lumen high output globes (available in T10/15, T20 and BA15S). They will suit just about any car on the market. Compared to our other conversion globes they offer a much brighter illumination with a slightly different installation method. FORD RANGER PXII-PXIII LOWER GRILLE LIGHT BAR BRACKET
Our Ford Ranger lower grille bracket is for those chasing the extra performance of an auxiliary LED driving light, without the requirement of fitting an aftermarket bull bar. Requires no modifications on models without the factory tech-pack (collision radar), as located in the center of the opening. These brackets allow fitment of either a 21.5 inch ST3K for nontech pack models and 2 x 11.5 inch for models fitted with the tech pack.
Note: For installation on models fitted with the tech pack, additional holes are required for mounting the inner brackets so they will need to be drilled. We have written up a help center article surrounding this and installation in much more detail.

FORD RANGER / RAPTOR / EVEREST (2015+) SWITCH FASCIA
The Ford Ranger, Ranger Raptor and, Everest (2015-current) present limitations for switches when using additional accessories (such as auxiliary driving lights, winches, and so on). We now offer our switch fascia (which is compatible with the above-listed models), which will offer the ability to run 4 of our square-type push button switches. OEM like fitment and under 1 minute for installation of the panel itself.
